ISIS / Syria: President says ‘We don't have a strategy yet’
ISIS:-
On Friday afternoon, many Americans were stunned into silence after
listening to the President’s speech. The ISIS terrorist group has risen
to power fairly quickly and is a serious threat to America’s homeland.
With threats of coming to our shores and beheadings of a journalist and
Christians - the threat is huge. It seems we are not willing to move
quickly or strongly and now this video is proving that President Obama
and our out of town Congress have NO PLANS to deal with the ISIS threat.
Talks of striking on Syria are awaiting a military plan - and yet I
have to wonder why we haven’t sent a strong military announcement to
ISIS already. President Obama’s words are “"We don't have a strategy
yet"
We are sending in John Kerry to build support for further action, but
do we really need approval to prevent more American beheadings?
Yes,
the Iraqi’s are responsible for their own security – but we have to
step in to IMHO, and make sure America is safe from these extremist
groups.
In all my political life, I have never heard a press conference by our
administration admitting to no plan. It seems that politically speaking
our present administration seems to be making mistake after mistake – at
least from my armchair political evaluation seat. It has to be bad when
the major local news is critical of the President’s words.
